This service is ideal if you are if you are looking to elevate your space and would like more detail, to enable you to visualise how your room will look and feel.
An individual Customised Design Package including concept boards, mood boards, 2d and 3d drawings are also available, together with furniture suggestions and samples where available.
Our detailed 2d plans and 3d immersive rendering plans will enable you to visualise the final result.

Concept Board – This is an inspirational mood board giving you an idea of the feel and look of the Design

2d Scaled floor plans (I would provide you with two layouts to choose from)

Mood Board together with details of products – this will give you details of the furniture, fabrics, lighting etc. limited to a maximum of 10 items.
Lighting and Electrical Plans
A well-planned lighting scheme can transform the way your home looks, feels and functions. I will create detailed electrical plans, specifying various types of lighting, together with fixture placement to enhance both the function and ambience in your home.

Effective space planning is essential to the design process. By analysing the available space in conjunction with the aesthetics, I will create efficient and harmonious layouts, thus ensuring that the flow and functionality work best for each individual space, utilising every square foot.
2D and 3D Visuals
These visuals will bring your design to life. I can produce detailed 2D plans and visionary 3D renderings to help you visualise how your space will look and feel upon completion. I will allow for slight adjustments to ensure that you are happy with the final result.
