I am fully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Interior Design, together with a City & Guilds Qualification in Curtain Making, Design & Soft Furnishings. I have been in the industry for over 20 years, working from a small studio in Camberley, Surrey where I live with my husband, two adult children who are still here! And also our dogs!
Interiors has always been a passion of mine from a young girl, in my spare time I loved making clothes and home furnishings from fabrics that had caught my eye! After having my children and spending time at home, I began to realise how important the space that you live in actually is! A well organised home, and the surrounding aesthetics and design can make a huge impact on your health and well-being.
I visit interior design shows to source suppliers, keeping up to date with what styles and furnishings are available, whilst looking for anything that is a little different and unique. A home should be a comfortable refuge more than ever now, a space that welcomes your friends and family. Whether your home has the hustle and bustle of family life, or you are a single person or a professional busy couple, we all need to walk through the door and relax in the best possible way.
I like to create a blend of texture, pattern and colours found in nature, but I am not afraid to include impactful bold splashes of colour and pattern to add drama and interest. This will all depend upon my customer’s wishes and likes and dislikes. I will work with you!
